Payments must be made through Paypal, preferably in USD. (if Canadian, e-transfer is also available)My artwork may only be used for personal purposes with credits, with some exceptions.
Exceptions: PNG-Tubers, Emotes(if intended for use commercially such as streaming). Credits are still required. If you wish to use my art for commercial purposes, an extra fee depending on the commission type will be added.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, at any time. A full refund will be given if a transaction has been made by that point.If a client wishes for a refund, a full one may be given if no work has begun yet. If the initial sketch has been completed, a 60% refund can be given. If the work is halfway done, only 30% will be refunded. If the work is fully finished, unfortunately no refund can be offered.My usual completion time can range anywhere from a few days to 1 month, or more depending on what is going on in my life at any given moment. Please be patient with me, I will give updates as often as I can!If you want a piece done by a specific deadline, it will cost an extra 15-30% of the commission’s total, depending on how fast you want it done.You as a client may ask for commission updates from me whenever you wish, but preferably no more than once a day.I reserve the right to post any artwork I make to social media, but I will honor client requests not to.Payment Options: Clients can either choose to pay 100% upfront, or pay 50% upfront/after the initial sketch is sent, and the other 50% before the final version is sent.I feel most comfortable when I have a clear reference of the character you would like me to draw. If ordering a custom character from me, anything from moodboards to verbal descriptions to half-assed little doodles will work as long as I am given feedback throughout the process!Changes of any size to pieces can be made during the sketch phase within reason, and small changes can happen during the colouring phase with no additional cost.When a commission is completed, a high-res version will be sent to you through Google Drive. I will keep the Google drive open for 1 week for you to download the image for yourself, after which it will be deleted.

What are Customs?
This is a service that I offer to anyone who would like to have a character custom made from the ground up! The process goes as follows:You, the client, may provide me with anything from a brief verbal description of a character, to things such as moodboards or silly little doodles of ideas. I will work with you through initial sketches and narrow it down to a final draft, and depending on which type of custom you purchase you will end up with either a single full body with flat colours or a basic reference sheet featuring a brand new character just for you!
